Our process begins with an initial consultation, where we find out what your wants and needs are for this specific project. Once the plans in your head are thoroughly fleshed out, you’ll meet with our in-house architect and draftsperson. This meet will allow you to see the physical construction plans for the new constructions, and if you see anything you don’t like, we allow one redraw free of charge.

Once you think the plans are perfect, the actual construction plans will be given to you both in physical and electronic forms. After that, it’s time to move on to the new constructions!

Once you have your hands on the physical forms, it’s time to move on to the actual construction phase. When we’re sure the construction plans are perfect, it allows us to talk with our partners and discuss prices for all the materials that we need for this specific project. 

After we have a price for all of our materials, we’re able to provide you with a complete proposal for the job, including a proposal price. This price isn’t an estimate, it’s how much this particular job will cost. Other construction companies will lowball you to get you to sign on, then jack up the price when the construction is done. At Five Point, the number we provide to you is the number you’ll pay. No higher.
