New constructions can help reignite that passion you felt for your home when you first moved in. Whether you want to stay in your current home, or you’re contemplating moving, sometimes you just need more space. Renovations are great, but they only allow you to work with the current space that you have. While a renovation may provide the room with a new feel, it won’t magically add more space like new constructions do.
Regardless of what you want done, our team of design and construction professionals have the skill and the experience to give you one of the best new constructions around. Our process is thoroughly defined so that there’s no room for error or guessing. Want to learn more about how to get started? Keep reading below!
New Constructions Have Never Been Easier
When dealing with new constructions, we recommend using one of our design-build contracts. Whatever you’re choosing for a new construction, whether it be a new bathroom, living room, kitchen, or even an outdoor space like a pool house, these projects require careful planning. Our extensive research and planning phase allows us to provide you with the best quality build possible.
When building under a design-build contract, Five Point is with you every step of the way. Our process begins with an initial consultation, where we find out what your wants and needs are for this specific project. Once the plans in your head are thoroughly fleshed out, you’ll meet with our in-house architect and draftsperson. This meet will allow you to see the physical construction plans for the new constructions, and if you see anything you don’t like, we allow one redraw free of charge.
Once you think the plans are perfect, the actual construction plans will be given to you both in physical and electronic forms. After that, it’s time to move on to the new constructions!
New Constructions Mean New Spaces!
Once you have your hands on the physical forms, it’s time to move on to the actual construction phase. When we’re sure the construction plans are perfect, it allows us to talk with our partners and discuss prices for all the materials that we need for this specific project.
After we have a price for all of our materials, we’re able to provide you with a complete proposal for the job, including a proposal price. This price isn’t an estimate, it’s how much this particular job will cost. Other construction companies will lowball you to get you to sign on, then jack up the price when the construction is done. At Five Point, the number we provide to you is the number you’ll pay. No higher.
Once the proposal price is agreed to, the new constructions can commence! Our expert construction team will work as quickly and non-intrusively as possible. When the new construction is complete, there’s no more waiting around. It’s time to enjoy your new space!
