Phase 1: Comprehensive Consultation & Onsite “As-Built” Meeting

• Initial Consultation: We conduct a consultation to outline your functional needs, aesthetic goals, and target investment range.
• Onsite “As-Built” Survey: Our team meets on-site alongside our architect or draftsperson to measure and record existing physical conditions.

Phase 2: Preliminary Drawings, Layout Refinement, & Final Plans

• Preliminary Layouts: We translate your requirements into preliminary construction drawings that explore optimal space use and functional flow.
• Collaborative Revision: To ensure complete design alignment, our contract includes one full redraw revision based on your feedback.
• Final Construction Plans: Once approved, we issue complete construction plans, which are delivered both as a paper copy and in PDF format.

Phase 3: Trade Partner Bidding & Design Fee Credit

Financial Safeguard: Upon approval of your final design plans, we submit the precise drawings to our vetted trade partners to secure hard-money bids. This produces an itemized proposal price. 

When you choose Five Point to execute the construction phase, your entire design contract fee is credited toward the first draw payment of your build contract.
